Save time at your appointment, and receive a more customized design and accurate quote for your energy needs. There's two ways to easily access and share the latest electric bill with us.
- Share your account number, which can be found on page 3 of your PG&E bill.
- Download from your account online. See below for instructions.
PG&E Online, Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Go to PGE.com website.
- Login to your account or register if new user.
- Click on “My Account,” at the top of the page underneath "Residential" or "Business."
- Under tab, "View & Pay", click “Bills & Payments”.
- Find the most recent "Billed Charges" and click "View Bill PDF."
- Download and email the file to utilitybill@westhavenpower.com (and we'll make sure it gets to your account manager).
