Powering through the Coronavirus

As a company, we’ve been monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, along with the rest of the country.

First and foremost, our employees, and customers remain our highest priority. Despite the uncertainty that the coronavirus may bring to our daily lives, we continue to maintain the status quo and navigate this situation with nimbleness, learning and adapting as more information becomes available. Our focus remains on two key priorities: caring for the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. With heightened concerns, we quickly initiated a regular cadence of communications with our employees to ensure they have the support they need. We’ve already taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this emerging public health impact by encouraging employees to:

  • Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover any cough or sneeze with a tissue. Throw used tissues in the trash immediately.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

We have increased cleaning and sanitizing for all company-operated equipment and office spaces to help prevent the spread of germs. We’ll continue to do what is right for our employees and customers.

We will closely monitor the situation, and we are optimistic this will be a temporary situation that will pass. Guided by our purpose, and a commitment to serve the people that we care about, we will continue to communicate with transparency and act responsibly to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.
